Accounting and Financial Services
Westbrook & Co. has served charter schools in auditing, accounting, payroll, budgeting, special projects and advisory services since the inception of charter schools in Missouri. For many other accounting and auditing firms in the state, school finance is a part–time, summer fill–in work. This is not the case with Westbrook & Co. The firm provides more services to charter schools than all other accounting firms in the state combined. The firm consists of 16 professionals of which six perform extensive charter school services. If you are not a current client, then they encourage you to ask other schools and learn about the "Westbrook difference".

Genuine reform through charter schools happens with the interplay of three principles: choice, autonomy and accountability. Good authorizers protect choice and autonomy and demand accountability. Schools excel when these core principles are present.
NACSA works with local experts to create the conditions needed for quality schools to thrive. We push for high standards for authorizers and the environments in which they work. High standards beget high achievement. It's true for students and it's true for the adults who work with charter schools.
