Charter Schools in Missouri: The Emergence of Reform

Join us for Part One of the Child Well-Being series:  The development of charter schools in Missouri includes a complex set of varying perspectives on the merits of school choice and education reform strategies. This discussion will examine Missouri charter school policy both past and present featuring today’s leading education reform experts.

Panelists Include:

  • Franc Flotron – Former Missouri State Legislator and current partner of Flotron and McIntosh, LLC
  • Doug Thaman – Executive Director, Missouri Charter Public School Association
  • Robbyn Wahby -Deputy Chief of Staff, Office of St. Louis Mayor Francis Slay
